This dispenser filled with Provençal herbs and made of olive wood, is a beautiful addition to the kitchen. The mechanism grinds the herbs, dispensing them from the base. Mostly used to flavour grilled foods such as fish and meat, herbes de Provence are also used to sprinkle on pizza, barbeque or, my favourite, sprinkled over roasted vegetables.
